• Review of the cycling routes shown in the West Van Cycling Network and Greenway Plan (Peter Scholefield)
  • including a proposed Village Bike Loop; and
  • designating bicycle route connection (s) between the Spirit Trail and the Upper Levels Highway bicycle route.
